We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Outbound Calls:

  • Answer customer calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, feedback, or promotional purposes.

Customer Service:

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure first-call resolution by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating to the appropriate department.

Data Entry and Documentation:

  • Accurately record customer interactions, details, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
