1- Source suitable candidates as per the provided JD using online portals such as CV Library, Indeed, Linkedin and company's internal CV database.
2- Posting job adverts on job boards and observing them on a regular basis. Shortlist candidates who apply on the job advertisements and forward to the senior management for further review.
3- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates on the basis of the quality of their answers and job suitability.
4- Scheduling interviews
5- Send out interview reminders to the candidates to make sure they attend the interview.
6- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other related documents.
7- Conduct thorough background checks, previous employment reference checks etc.
8- Conducting thorough document checks and making sure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
9- Maintain a recruitment log with details of every candidate on every stage of their recruitment process.
10- Work on any recruitment and/or HR-related reports with accuracy.
11- Any other recruitment and HR related tasks assigned by the senior management.
12- Placement of Temporary staff with company clients.
13- End-to-End Account management with company clients.
14- Maintaining staff training requirements.
15- Maintaining staff rotas and agile management of staff and client requirements.
Ideal Candidate must have:
1- Previous experience with outbound (international) recruitment
2- Experience in handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails and texts on a daily basis
3- Experience in exhausting platforms such as indeed + cv library to gather and record appropriate recruitment leads, manage recruitment database and execute end to end recruitment cycles
4- Successful candidate will be part of tue core delivery and recruitment team, they will be expected to work 5 days a week from the Office.
5- No remote work options.
6- There is a possibility of having one to two-night shifts a week.
