We are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in finance to join our team and contribute to our people and financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide solutions to ensure harmonious team dynamics.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist managers in developing employee development plans and succession planning.

HR Policy Development:

  • Update and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.

Training and Development:

  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.

Finance Responsibilities:

HR Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to plan and manage the HR department's budget.
  • Track expenses related to recruitment, training, and employee benefits.

Payroll Coordination:

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR metrics and financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment costs, and other relevant KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist, with additional exposure to finance responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
