To assure exceptional support to the communities providing, quality leads and follow-up while working with management team members in increasing census.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Background in successful marketing, preferably in the assisted living sector with exceptional success in consistent census building, organizational skills, communication professionally with potential customers, and the ability to multi-focus on several tasks and deliver positive outcomes. Additionally, propose excellence in relationship building with referral sources, and the community and work with the team to promote special events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Has a positive attitude and supports the Comfort Care Senior Living mission statement.

2.     Provide valid leads to the community and follow up with the success of that lead.

3.     Will have direct contact with the potential customer and will communicate with professionalize.

4.     Have the background knowledge of the industry to answer questions from the potential customer successfully.

5.     Will communicate all lead activity to the facility Administrator and track successful move-ins.

6.     Develop a strong relationship with referral sources and continue to foster the relationship.

7.     Works directly with all referral sources contracted, maintains a tracking form, and meets with the administrators weekly to review leads and to update tracking progress.

8.     Actively seeks new referral opportunities by investigating and presenting contracts to the CEO

9.     Provide tracking information to the facility and to the Central Office Team on a monthly basis.

10.  Work with the referral sources monthly to track the performance of leads that result in move-ins.

11.  Develop new ideas for marketing to increase our market share and execute idea’s with the COO.

12.  Provide support to the management team and assist with positive results.

13.  Schedule tours with the facility and follow up on the tour with the potential lead.

14.  Proficient communication skills.

15.  Excellency with computer skills including Google Docs, Google Calendar, Microsoft, and excel.

16.  Develop a marketing plan for new buildings and execute such a plan

17.  Maintaining and updating marketing materials as needed.
