Compensation: Base Salary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Fresh Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering business growth and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing our coworking community's value. This role will require you to adopt the roll of a community officer as well who will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience from onboarding to growth.
Your impactful goals will include:
- To own Comence as a brand
- To support in making Comence #comenceideas
- To support building the #hypecommunity at our facility
- To support the execution of community-building initiatives that solve problems, engage, and strengthen our community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Organize and attend networking events, workshops, and seminars to promote Comence and build a strong community network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Offer tours and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and services of our coworking space.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with members, gathering feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure an exceptional experience for our coworking members.
What we are looking for
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Years of Experience:
- 0-1 Years in related role business development, sales, or a related area, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Has experience organizing events
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for building communities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the coworking, real estate, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A natural networker with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to attend events outside of normal working hours.
