You will support the expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or a related field, eager to grow their career and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential business opportunities and leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and outreach.
    • Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value and alignment with company goals.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other documents required for client pitches and negotiations.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, working to resolve them promptly and professionally.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
    • Analyze market data and feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting:
    • Track and report on business development activities, lead progress, and performance metrics.
    • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales pipeline and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and hubspot) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
