You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial operations of the organization. Your role will involve managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing administrative functions. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

  •  Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and resources.
  •  Develop and manage administrative budgets and ensure that all expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.
  •  Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all facilities-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  •  Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, documents, and files.

Financial Duties:

  •   Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.
  •  Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and invoices.
  •  Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management.
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financiers.
  •  Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are recorded appropriately.
  •  Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
