We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees and management.
  • Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes and tools.
  • Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and provide guidance on setting goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance.

Training and Development:

  • Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

HR Administration:

  • Process HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and termination documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
