• Execute engagement strategies to build strong relationships with potential hires, employers, and collaborators.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Manage and grow the candidate pool, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
• Utilize data and analytics to track candidate engagement and refine recruitment strategies.
