HR Manager

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Manager to support the local team in Peshawar while also collaborating with the HR team in London to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing HR tasks across our college offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Remote HR Support (London Office):

Assist the HR team in London with recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interviews.
Support performance management initiatives and HR operations for London staff.
Collaborate on policy development and ensure consistent implementation across both offices.

Local HR Management (Peshawar Office):

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the Peshawar team.
Maintain employee records and ensure efficient utilisation of team resources.
Provide HR support to the local team as required.

Technology & Systems:

Utilise HR software and tools for managing records and workflows.
Ensure IT proficiency to handle remote communication and documentation effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to remote or international teams.

Skills:

Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Proficiency in IT and HR software tools.
