We are looking for a Surgical Finish Store Incharge to oversee and manage the storage, inventory, and dispatch of finished surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finished products meet quality standards, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth operations in the finished store. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all activities in the finished store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching finished surgical instruments.
  • Ensure all finished products are stored in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of finished products and reconcile records regularly.
  • Monitor the quality and condition of stored instruments to prevent damage or defects.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and packing departments to ensure timely availability of finished products.
  • Develop and implement efficient storage and retrieval systems to optimize workflow.
  • Prepare and manage dispatch schedules for local and international shipments.
  • Train and guide store staff to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, dispatch, and overall store performance.
  • Ensure the store area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in store management, preferably in the surgical instruments industry.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and their handling requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards and export documentation is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
