• Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and insights that can drive improvements in sales processes and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards on sales metrics, pipeline, and performance, to help track progress toward sales goals.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Support the sales leadership team with ad hoc analysis and insights to improve decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Recommend tools and technologies to enhance the sales team’s productivity.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to sales processes, tools, and systems.
  • Work with the sales leadership to support strategic sales initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the design and execution of sales compensation plans, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Help the sales team with territory and account planning to ensure optimal coverage and alignment.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to track customer success metrics and identify any areas of concern for the sales team.
