HR / Recruitment Officer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruitment Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process; including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future openings.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with department managers and team leads to understand staffing requirements.
Provide support in preparing job descriptions and specifications.
Assist in interview processes, providing input on candidate suitability.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages in alignment with company policies.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
Ensure adherence to recruitment and hiring policies, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
