As the HR Manager and Administrator at Turbo Dispatch, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations. This unique role encompasses HR management and administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Your focus on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture will be instrumental in ensuring our team's success and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.

Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support career development initiatives for employees.

Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and manage the performance review process.

Employee Engagement: Create and lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.

Payroll and Compensation: Oversee payroll processing and manage compensation and benefits structure.

HR Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Workforce Planning: Develop strategies for workforce planning, including succession planning and talent mapping.

Office Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for employees.

Meeting and Event Planning: Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, preferably in the Call Centeror BPO sector.
  • Proficiency in local labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Understanding of HR software and systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ethical and confidential handling of sensitive HR information.
