We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Fulfillment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with sales and shipping out daily orders, following up with courier services to ensure that they are delivered to the customer, and managing the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out in a timely manner.
- Follow up with courier services to ensure that all orders are delivered to the customer on time.
- Manage the warehouse and ensure that all products are stored in an organized and efficient manner.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of all orders.
- Ensure that all orders are accurately tracked and recorded.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing a warehouse.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Familiarity with courier services and shipping procedures.
