Proficiency in both spoken and written English with a North American accent is a must.
You will be operating in a virtual environment, having a dedicated wired internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 30 Mbps is essential.
You will have to have an extra monitor to be connected to your laptop/desktop computer, serving as an extended display.

Job Duties

As an Accounts Representative, you will collaborate with our clients in the U.S. daily to oversee their accounting needs, including bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, incorporation, and sales tax management.

You will establish and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, soliciting necessary information from them and handling any inquiries they may have regarding their business/personal accounts.

Notes

You will be required to work for 8 hours, 5 days a week, adhering to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (UTC -5) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This corresponds to Pakistan time from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
