Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debriefing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The Debriefing Team Lead will oversee the debriefing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of delivery data, and will be responsible for leading a team of debriefing officers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in logistics or courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely debriefing documentation.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams.
Develop and enforce debriefing SOPs.
Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Monitor and report team performance metrics.
Promote a positive team environment.
Stay updated on industry best practices.
