Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Accounting: Manage and oversee inventory accounting processes to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, costs, and associated financial records.
Bookkeeping: Maintain precise financial records, manage ledgers, prepare balance sheets, and assist in financial reporting.
Courier Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliation of courier statements, ensuring all deliveries are accurately accounted for and addressing any discrepancies.
Sales Recovery Postings: Handle and record sales recovery transactions accurately, reflecting the current business activities.
Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
Petty Cash Management: Manage the petty cash fund, including disbursements, reconciliations, and recording all petty cash transactions.
