Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling.
Establish long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up on leads and maintain & prepare customer lists / database.
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquires and provide information to customers & Leads
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Skills:

Dedication to customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to clients.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in spoken English.
Demonstrated experience as a Tele-sales representative or in a related sales/customer service position.
Preferably, previous involvement in outbound tele-sales or a similar sales role.
Capacity to comprehend and effectively communicate product details to clients.
Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making proficiencies.
At least 1 year of international call center or business development experience in telephone sales within the International market.
