Urgently looking for Customer Support Representative  for one of the leading company in Bahria Town.

Job Description 

  • Manage large amount of outgoing phone calls 
  • Arrange meeting with potential clients/Customers
  • Identify and assess customers' need to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales target and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualification

  • Fresh to 1+ year experience (call center preferred)
  • Intermediate or above from a reputable institute
  • Should be able to make 75 calls a day

What We offer

35k basic salary, commission (on any successful closure)
