We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in brochure design to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand’s visual storytelling.

Position Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in brochure design, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality, visually stunning brochures that effectively communicate the value and appeal of our real estate properties. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our printed materials align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brochure Design: Develop and design brochures that effectively highlight property features, benefits, and key selling points. Ensure that all designs are visually appealing and aligned with our brand’s aesthetics.

Creative Direction: Lead the creative process from concept through completion, including layout design, typography, imagery, and overall visual style. Provide creative direction to junior designers and oversee the quality of their work.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather content, understand project requirements, and deliver designs that meet their needs.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all printed materials. Update and refine design standards as needed.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of brochures.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and real estate marketing strategies to keep our brochures fresh and innovative.
