We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented individual to help boost our business development and sales. You will also have the opportunity to excel in administrative work and polish your skills.

1) Responsibilities ( Duties)

know-how about the market fluctuations and opportunities in the Real Estate Industry.
The incumbent must be able to target clients through proper market research and using different tools.
Collect Real estate dealers’ and brokers’ information for deals.
To finalize and close the deal between sellers and purchasers.
Must be able to follow up on the given leads and portfolio on a daily basis.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

2) Job Specifications

Education level minimum "Intermediate" is required.
Gender requirement "Male".
Should be able to work during working hours from 9:00 am -6:00 pm.
The candidate should possess a positive attitude toward clients.
Candidates with extrovert nature for good public dealing.
Should be able to manage stress and work under pressure.

Education: I.com/FA/ FSc, BA/BSc, B.om/ BBA

Experience: Fresh - 1 year.

Working Hours: 9:00 am-6:00 pm

Salary: Market competitive with a flexible commission-based model.
