Junior Project Management Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the events and its operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Take customer queries face to face and telephone calls
  • Marketing - Online Social Media Marketing and Offline marketing with meeting possible business owners and event organisers
  • Accounting Skills preferably using Excel
  • Book Events
  • Hire new staff.
  • Staff management. The business operates mostly on temporary staff.
  • Build company website and mobile APP
  • Hard work, good behaviour and good results will be highly rewarded
  • Salary will be reviewed every 3 months based on achieved performance. Based on good performance a salary bonus will be provided every 3 months
  • This job description is not exhaustive of any further required duties as part of this role. And job holder will be required to honour any further work duties required of them.
  • This role is open for candidates that meet our organisational values and are looking for a role where they can utilise their talent and abilities with more freedom and authority.
  • All interviews will take place remotely

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous working experience is not required, however if any candidate can demonstrate past good experience especially event management experience, then it will help them for being selected over other candidates
  • Special attention will be given to candidates with mobile app building, strong excel, accounting and marketing skills
  • If you can demonstrate any example of innovative thinking and creative thinking, it’s also highly encouraged
