Responsible for implementing HR plans, programs, systems, processes, policies and procedures. Under the supervision of Manager HR look after overall day-to-day affairs of Human Resources Department. Collaborates with the different Departments on various HR issues and provides HR subject matter expertise in the areas Human Resources Specializations regarding hiring, training, compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee engagement and local compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Monitor and oversee the interview and selection process of the Company.
  • Updating Manager HR and Interviewers regarding the information of job applicants.
  • Assisting Manager HR in conducting orientation of all newly hired employees.
  • Identifying Training needs in different areas and highlighting different problems.
  • Monitoring employee development, Training needs assessment and planning / scheduling training plans.
  • Communicate Company Policies to newly hired employees.
  • Assisting Manager HR in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain and update all employees as per the employee personal file checklist.
  • Coordinates with the Hormone Lab for the medical test of employees which are prescribed by the doctor. Responsible for the issuance of lab test letter to the employee and verifying the Hormone Lab bills
  • Responsible for preparing final settlement of leavers and updating clearance data of the employees final settlement processed and pending status.
  • Assisting Manager HR in formulation of motivational Strategies to keep employee’s higher commitment level with the organization.
  • Responsible for conducting job evaluations in correspondence with other Departments.
  • Assisting Manager HR in the implementation / revising a Company’s compensation program, employee benefits and etc in view of Long run prospective of the Company.
  • Monitor Performance Appraisals of all BMC employees.
  • Responsible for updating employees detail in ERP.
  • Responsible for updating and managing attendance leave record of employees.
  • Responsible for preparing the detail of Education Plan for  Employee and Employee’s Children Education Plan on the monthly basis and forwarding to audit department for further necessary action.
  • Responsible for managing payroll system of BMC.
  • Responsible for preparing the detail of Salesman/ Sales Manager Incentive.
  • Responsible for correspondence and liaison with the EFU Insurance company regarding the accidental insurance coverage of insured employees.
  • Managing the detail and activity of Haj Draws at BMC.
  • Keeping liaison with Labor Department and other Govt. departments (EOBI, Social Securities and other Agencies etc).
  • Other suitable duties as required and in line with the position competencies.
