Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct verification calls to confirm client details and data accuracy.
  • Verify and validate customer information, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all verifications and interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up on pending verifications and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed verification targets to contribute to team success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service, verification, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or similar platforms is a plus.
