We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you’ll focus on building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing churn by addressing and resolving client concerns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to engage clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Implement retention strategies and follow up with at-risk clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve escalated issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client retention.
