Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of our web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of CodeIgniter framework.
Proficient in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with SQL databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
Proven ability in designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel Or Express js, Nest js etc.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
