Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Financial Team as an Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the Accounts department.

Responsibilities

Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Maintains general ledgers
Performs payroll activities
Processes payables, receivables, payments, and checks
Completes routine bookkeeping
Assists with financial reports preparation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
