We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Agent to spearhead client acquisition efforts in the US market. This role is crucial for driving our sales pipeline, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partners. The ideal candidate is results-driven, confident, and possesses outstanding communication and objection-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Engage with decision-makers to present ATR Enterprises' services and value propositions.
  • Overcome objections, identify client needs, and position tailored solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up consistently to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for continuous client acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in US cold calling, high-ticket sales, and lead generation.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques for high-ticket items.
