Key Responsibilities:

Site Identification: Research and identify potential sites for telecom infrastructure based on coverage needs and technical requirements.
Negotiation: Negotiate lease agreements with property owners or landlords to secure ideal locations for telecom equipment.
Permitting & Zoning: Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations.
Due Diligence: Conduct site visits and evaluate factors such as land suitability, access, and any potential environmental or regulatory issues.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with property owners, government agencies, and internal teams (engineers, legal, etc.) to facilitate site acquisition.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork, contracts, and reports related to site acquisition and approvals.
Problem-Solving: Address any challenges related to site access, ownership disputes, or local opposition that may arise during the acquisition process.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a similar role in the telecommunication industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and build positive relationships with property owners.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local zoning laws and telecom regulations.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently for site visits and meetings.
