Junior Branchless Banking Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Junior Branchless Banking Specialist. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support utilizing branchless banking platforms

Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance including branchless banking apps and digital wallets
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely and effective resolution to ensure minimal disruption to banking operations
Communicate with cross-functional teams about technical issues
Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions ensuring accurate documentation for future reference and analysis
Escalate complex technical issues to senior branchless banking specialist for further investigation and resolutions following established escalation procedures and protocols
Participate in quality assurance activities such as testing new features and updates to branchless banking system to ensure functionality, usability, and security standards are met

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field(or equivalent work experience 02 Years )
Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot application issues independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
Familiarity with banking systems, digital banking platforms and mobile technologies is a plus
