Storage Management & Monitoring:

Configure, manage and monitor Dell EMC Unity storage arrays, including storage pools, LUNs (Logical Unit Numbers), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and SAN (Storage Area Network) environments.
Ensure optimal performance of storage systems, monitoring usage, health, and performance through tools
Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure storage availability for current and future needs.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

Manage storage replication, snapshots, and backups for disaster recovery and business continuity purposes.
Configure and monitor storage replication for DR (Disaster Recovery) sites, including synchronous and asynchronous replication.
Support in creating and maintaining backup policies and retention strategies.

Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve storage-related performance bottlenecks, optimizing storage systems to meet business and application requirements.
Provide support during incidents, perform root-cause analysis for storage issues, and resolve faults.

Software and Firmware Upgrades:

Plan, scheduled, and executed upgrades of Unity storage firmware and software in collaboration with other IT teams.
Ensure minimal downtime during upgrades and conduct post-upgrade validation.

Automation and Scripting:

Utilize automation tools and scripts to streamline storage operations and reporting (e.g., using REST APIs, PowerShell, etc.).
Automate routine storage tasks, including monitoring, provisioning, and reporting, to improve efficiency.
