• Handling tasks related to the executive's agenda
  • Managing communications, and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the executive with internal/external clients
  • Developing efficient documentation and filing systems
  • Manage the Executive’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders

Requirement & Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A university degree holder
