Archon Solutions seeks a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-priority technical candidates who align with our company's core values and culture. You will leverage advanced recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management software, to streamline the recruiting process. As a Technical Recruiter managing a team of 20, you will foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation in our hiring strategies. Your expertise in technical interviewing and performance management systems will be essential to not only attract top talent but also to retain them effectively within the organization. You will build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance our recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring that Archon Solutions remains a preferred employer in the tech industry. Your experience will help support our goals in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives our success forward.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical talent across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and various job posting sites.
  • Conduct thorough technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for Archon Solutions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) software effectively to maintain organized and accurate records of candidate interactions and workflows.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and define job requirements that align with our organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not currently seeking new opportunities.
  • Perform salary negotiations and communicate job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a transparent and positive experience throughout the process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to promote Archon Solutions as an employer of choice and enhance our brand presence in the tech industry.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the recruitment team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to provide strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
