- Daily workshop operations, scheduling maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure waste management equipment and vehicles meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards through regular inspections.
- Prepare and present reports on workshop performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
- Responsible to oversee inventory management for spare parts, tools, and supplies as per defined threshold Limit.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist Line Manager in outsourced contracts management with regular external vendors and external workshops for repair and maintenance activities of the Machinery and Equipment.
- Accurate documentation and tracking of all related records and maintenance activities.
- Manage workshop & outsourced repair & maintenance by applying cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Any other assignment given by the Management.
