Manage the warehousing and inventory of materials and equipment.
Prepare, track, and follow up on supply chain demands, ensuring timely communication with the procurement department.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock meets or the minimum threshold.
Monitor daily stock in/out logs to ensure compliance with inventory management practices.
Liaise with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Handle supply chain and inventory requests from the field, ensuring timely issuance and proper distribution.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of supply chain and inventory management.
Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and optimizing stock levels.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations etc.
Optimize storage solutions to improve space utilization and accessibility.
Address any issues related to warehousing and supply chain operations promptly.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards in the warehouse environment.
Any other assignment given by the Management.
