• Preparation of reports for regulatory compliance, audits, and internal reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Timely disbursement of monthly payroll after verification from management.
  • Manage and process employee data changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing HR documents, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into HR systems and databases.
  • Generate and review reports on HR metrics, including turnover, attendance, and employee demographics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and providing support as needed.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, policy changes, and employee programs.
  • Independently monitor daily HR Operations of field like hiring, firing, and attendance is executed as per standard & pre-defined Hr practices.
  • Oversee regional HR’s performance, ensuring daily attendance of targeted percentage to meet client-defined KPI & report to Line Manager.
  • Ensure worker presence in their assigned beats/UCs/locations during duty hours by coordinating with field HR team & regional office HR Team, conducting daily compliance checks.
  • Track & report on HR-related KPIs, highlighting any discrepancy that could impact the performance radiator.
  • Act as HR compliance, independently preparing & presenting HR performance reports to Line Manager, ensuring transparency & accountability.
  • Collaborate with project team to improve HR Operations efficiency, ensuring all field activities align with client expectations & project goals.    
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
