• Attendance Management and Reporting on daily basis.
  • Prespring monthly Leaving / Joining Report of staff.
  • Maintain Leaves record of staff.
  • Process payroll, validate timesheets, and make adjustments.
  • Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and prepare orientation materials for new hires.
  • Follow up and update new joiners bank account before salary disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Monitor, report and maintain daily attendance to meet target percentages as per client’s KPIs & Escalate any attendance issue.
  • Conduct routine field spot checks to ensure staff presence and operational effectiveness at their designated job locations during working hours.
  • Ensure staff presence during gazetted holidays as per duty roster.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
