• Oversee daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and coordinate field staff, including Supervisors, drivers, and waste collection teams, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the GIS expert to monitor and implement the waste collection and transportation plan to track performance on consistent basis.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback to enhance productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, supporting the implementation of safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage the use, servicing, and repair of operational equipment and vehicles.
  • Prepare operational reports, including daily KPIs, incident reports, and progress updates.
  • Support in managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing responses to operational emergencies, ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Identify and propose solutions for operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements.
  • Handle client relationships and manage complaints effectively to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Compile statistics, maintain records, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Track and evaluate defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, ensuring that targets are 100% met and providing support for adjustments to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Any other assignment given by the Management.
