Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, and compliance, with the ability to provide strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and enhance profitability.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Ensure accurate projections to guide the company’s financial decisions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Audit and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with local and international regulations.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity, identify financial risks, and maintain a healthy balance sheet.

Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee tax filings, manage relationships with tax authorities, and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in a financial management role; experience in a senior finance position (for CFO level) preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
