Assist collection agents in contacting customers to discuss overdue accounts and arrange payment plans
Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are met and address any concerns or issues
Update customer account information and maintain accurate records of collection efforts
Provide support to the collection team in analyzing delinquency trends and identifying strategies to reduce defaults
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on collection performance and trends
Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and credit risk management, to ensure effective communication and coordination of collection efforts
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collection
