Apleee is seeking a dedicated SQA (Software Quality Assurance) professional to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through thorough testing and evaluation procedures. With a strong focus on manual and performance testing, you will contribute to the delivery of high-performing software that meets our quality standards and user expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of six years of experience in software testing and possess a keen eye for detail. As this position does not involve managing a team, a collaborative focus within a team-oriented environment is essential, allowing you to report findings and work closely with developers and product managers to address any quality issues and drive improvements.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Execute performance testing to evaluate the application's speed, scalability, and reliability under various conditions.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and track defects efficiently throughout the software development lifecycle.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Participate in the design and execution of regression testing cycles to ensure new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential areas of improvement and enhancement within the software.
Maintain clear and precise documentation on testing processes, outcomes, and incidents for traceability and reporting.
Assist in continuous improvement processes by providing feedback on the effectiveness of testing practices and suggesting enhancements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools, applying this knowledge to improve testing processes and outcomes.
