Requirements:

  • 2+ years of office assistant experience  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and calendar management  
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings)
  • Travel willingness (domestic/international) (Optional)
