Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, preferably with a DME campaign.Proven experience in DME, CGM, Immune, and Cardiac campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with live transfers is preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
