Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier's ledger.
- Manage petty cash.
- Submit income tax and sales tax returns.
- Support audit and compliance checks.
- Miscellaneous tasks given by higher management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
