Salary: Rs 32,000.00 – Rs 35,000.00 per month + Commission

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
A working knowledge of medical billing terminology and processes.
Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the U.S. healthcare industry, with a focus on physician practices, hospitals, and clinics.
Analyse the specific needs and challenges faced by potential clients in terms of medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing and networking with healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our medical billing services and expertise.
Negotiate contract terms to secure new clients and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to medical billing and healthcare in the United States.
