A US-based construction company is looking for a well-qualified individual who is sharp, intelligent, and a quick learner, and who is also willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Those willing to apply for this job must fulfill the below-mentioned mandatory requirements:
- Must have a degree in ENGINEERING, ACCOUNTING, or FINANCE Must have His/her own laptop and a reliable internet source.
- Available to work 7 days a week from 8 am – 5 pm (EST).
- Must have a backup power source in case of a power crisis.
- Able to use the internet effectively.
- The resource will be required to do the following tasks:
- Managing day-to-day operations and coordinating closely with the USA team
- Scheduling and follow-up of work.
- Correspondence with the customer through email Bookkeeping Monitor and report on all operational activities.
- Maintain a digital record of all business documents (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
- Managing timely reconciliation of invoicing data with the customer enabling quick settlement of receivables.
Functional Skills:
- Strong business management skills
- Excellent hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Strong solution orientation
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
