We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Video Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, editing videos for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and promoting our content to drive traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategy for creating and posting engaging short-form video content on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.
Edit videos to enhance quality, include effects, transitions, captions, and align with brand messaging.
Manage the posting schedule and ensure consistent delivery of content across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, particularly in short-form video content, to create relevant and timely posts.
Analyze and report on video performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Collaborate with the content creation team to plan and produce video ideas that align with the overall marketing goals.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active online community.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing and managing social media channels, particularly for short-form video platforms.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong understanding of video content trends on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
