We are looking for a skilled and passionate PHP/WordPress Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. You will work closely with our project managers and design team to develop and maintain a wide array of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features and functionality for WordPress-based sites.
- Establish and guide website architecture, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Optimize website applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing WordPress sites.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Strong understanding of WordPress theme and plugin architecture.
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into functioning WordPress sites.
