Ensure strictly follow-up know-your-customer practice & AML specified for Branch Banking.
Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs.
Lead, motivate, train and coach all front-end staff in different areas to ensure that their technical & core competencies are developed to full potential.
Guide branch staff regarding day to day operational queries.
Approval of all accounts including high risk as well as updating of customer profile through Rosetta.
Responsible for monitoring of cash holding & disposal of excess cash from branches to CPC/CFB.
To undertake any other duties as required by the Bank.
